Welcome to Set N Stone. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Grillz Orders
All grillz are custom-made according to the impressions or specifications provided by the customer. Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD (or your chosen currency). Full payment is required before production begins. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Production & Shipping

Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from the time we receive your mold kit.
Slight delays may occur due to order volume, material availability, or shipping/customs issues.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the product has left our facilities.

4. Mold Kits
Each order includes one complimentary mold kit. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the included instructions accurately. Incorrect molds may result in additional charges or delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and customization, grillz cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to request a replacement.

6. Care & Use
Set N Stone is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, or modifications. Follow all provided care instructions to maintain your grillz.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, logos, and product names, is owned by Set N Stone and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Set N Stone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
