Choose Your Design
Browse our website and select the grill design you love. Once your order is placed, we’ll handle the rest. Our production offices in We dispatch your mold kit within 24 business hours after receiving your order, as long as the item is in stock. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Every order includes one complimentary mold kit shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Take Your Mold at Home
Our kits are designed for easy at-home use—no dental visit required. Each kit includes:
Dental putty and trays
Clear, step-by-step instructions
A design form with a diagram to select and customize tooth placement
Follow the instructions to take your mold and mark your preferred tooth placement. For example, if a design is shown on the right side, you can place it on the left side, center, or bottom row—as long as the design and metal type remain the same.
Custom Manufacturing Process
Each grill is handmade for a perfect fit:
Your dental impression is poured into a stone mold
The grill is hand-designed or 3D-modeled depending on complexity
It is cast in your selected metal
Final shaping, polishing, and finishing are completed
Any stone setting, engraving, or custom cutouts are added
Production Timeline
We aim to complete all grillz within 4–6 weeks from receiving your molds. Slight delays may occur due to high order volumes, shipping/customs, or material supply issues.
Once your grill is complete, we will send photos for your approval. After you approve, your grill will be shipped via express post with tracking, and it will arrive ready to wear straight out of the box.
